PC Revalidation is a 50% BE owned company serving the needs of major LP Gas and refrigerant companies in the field of repair, pressure testing and recertification of all welded steel and compressed gas cylinders. The business operates from company owned premises in Atlantis, Western cape. We manage a fleet of trucks that collect and deliver cylinders nationally. We manufacture welded steel cylinders in low volumes for specialised industries including fire suppression (FM200 and AFFF) in both carbon steel and stainless steel, our cylinders carry the “pi” mark and are suitable for sale in Europe.
The business is EC17020 compliant and is approved by the South African Department of Labour to test and approve portable gas containers. We operate a quality management system in accordance with ISO9000.
Cylinder data and stock management is handled electronically and customers can log onto our data base to check status of any order and stock availability in our warehouse

Pressure Concepts Trading represents a number of quality suppliers of commodities such as Bulk storage tanks, Cylinders, Valves and associated appliances including cooker tops, gas stoves and even road tankers.
We have been supplying major companies in the oil and gas industry including BP, Easigas, Afrox, Totalgaz and Reatilie for more than 10 years and we sit on committees such as the LPGASA cylinder verification committee so you are assured that our products meet the requirements of the South African Pressure Equipment regulations and any other pertinent design specifications, in the case of cylinders we recommend design to ISO4706 and register your cylinders with the LP gas association.
